Decarb Heat 2017

The #DecarbHeat initiative aims at bringing together the major players of the heating and cooling industry and other major stakeholders. Together we can make the vision of a 100% decarbonised European heating and cooling system a reality. The initiative consists of a DecarbHeat IndustryPledge and the DecarbHeat Declaration of Support.

#DecarbHeat 2017 is the supporting event of the DecarbHeat initiative.

Organised by the European Heat Pump Association and held in Brussels from 11-12 May 2017 at the prestigious venue, the BEL, the DecarbHeat 2017 forum will discuss the decarbonisation of heating and cooling and will focus on the following topics:

• Policy – Good policies to help decarbonising the heating and cooling sector
• Cities – What cities (can) do to decarbonise the building stock and the thermal grids
• Digit – How heating and cooling can get smart and automated
• Industry – What options for high temperature processes
