SOME GUIDELINES & MATERIAL

Download here a short note with relevant information about the content of the event and the organisers.

— In the first part of the event we will use the tool – Gotowebinar

— In the second part of the event, we will use the platform Wonder as part of an interactive matchmaking session. The link to connect will be provided through the Gotowebinar chat during the first part of the event. Wonder is a tool where users can move around freely between groups, to discuss topics/calls that are of interest to them. Some advices:

  • Following the initial presentations (gotowebinar), we will provide a link to enter the Wonder platform.
  • You will be prompted to enter your name and take a ‘selfie’ using your laptop, to be used as your icon.
  • Make sure you have the camera and micro ready.
  • The platform works best using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, please do not use Mozilla Firefox.
  • There will be tables set up within the platform, each labelled with a specific Horizon Europe funding call, and each with a designated moderator. Simply drag your icon over to one of the tables and you will automatically enter a video call with the other participants.
  • Use of the platform will be explained in greater detail during the event. If anyone experiences problems, please consult the Wonder help center.
