BRUGG Pipes strengthens its position in Scandinavia

In order to pursue their growth strategy and develop their market presence in Scandinavia, EHP member BRUGG Pipes have taken over Skafte A/S (Fredericia, Denmark) and Skafte Pipesystems AB (Gothenburg, Sweden)

In order to pursue their growth strategy and develop their market presence in Scandinavia, EHP member BRUGG Pipes have taken over Skafte A/S (Fredericia, Denmark) and Skafte Pipesystems AB (Gothenburg, Sweden) with effect from 1 January 2021. This consequently strengthens and builds on the long-term, successful cooperation with their former distributor Skafte in the Scandinavian market.

Skafte A/S and Skafte Pipesystems AB are retailers and agencies which have specialised in the sale of pipe systems and accessories for local and district heating in Denmark and in the industrial project segment in Denmark and Sweden.

Skafte employees will continue to be employed and in future will serve customers of the newly renamed companies BRUGG Denmark A/S and BRUGG Sweden AB, under the leadership of managing director Per Skafte.
