EHP Member Cetetherm have recently published resources detailing the design and preparation of buildings to integrate low temperature district heating and on increasing the efficiency of heat pumps.

EHP Member Cetetherm, who specialise in developing sustainable heating and cooling systems, have recently published resources detailing the design and preparation of buildings to integrate low temperature district heating (LTDH) and on increasing the efficiency of heat pumps. 

 

 

The LTDH resource (available as a PDF here) was created through Cetetherm’s role in the COOL DH project, which involves supplying Heat Interface Units (HIU) for the demonstration site in Lund, south of Sweden, and to be part of the world largest Low Temperature District Heating network (enjoy a virtual tour thanks to Lund Municipality and Kraftringen below!).
