Certification of Steel Valves

Certification, in accordance with our guidelines, enables an increased product quality level, sound competition and more reliable and easier procurement. Furthermore, the guidelines increase cost efficiency by avoiding multiple testing, and inspections in the production, of pre-insulated district heating pipes and fittings.

The EHP003 Certification Programme certifies district heating steel valves (EN 488) for pre-insulted valve assemblies, through our EHP003 Guidelines.

All producers are encouraged to apply the certification procedure according to these guidelines, and district heating companies are encouraged to only  buy and use certified products.
