eufores_logo_rgbThe DHC+ Technology Platform has officially joined EUFORES as Supporting Member! EUFORES is a European cross-party network of Members of Parliament from the European Parliament as well as from the EU28 national and regional Parliaments. EUFORES core objective is the promotion of renewable energy and energy efficiency.

EUFORES is supported by a variety of non-parliamentary members from the renewable energy industry, scientific institutes, energy agencies and NGOs – all strongly committed to renewable energy and energy efficiency. While shaping discussions on renewable energy sources, they also highlight the need for and capabilities of innovative heating & cooling. By being member of EUFORES, DHC+ places itself at the core of this innovative development.

This creates a momentum that allows us to communicate our research to the broader public in general and particularly to those actors that are interested in sustainable development and renewable energy systems. Therefore, we get closer with those who have so far mostly concentrated on wind and solar energy in order to foster their interest in and support for district heating and cooling innovation.” – says Alessandro Provaggi, Head of the DHC+ Technology Platform.
